level 55 for an invader invading between pontiff and anor londo will see you get loads of invasions. this level will also work great for dungeon/ profaned. I've seen people recommend 70 but that's too fucking high, you'll miss almost all the hosts going through and invade almost exclusively into gank squads.
Here is a list of the (approximate) level ranges for the different areas. Keep in mind that from upgrade level +5 and higher, you can get matched with people 2 levels below you (e.g. +6 matches with a +4). Think about what level you usually are when you reach a certain area. Now add about 5 levels to that.
Knight is best all round, can be transformed in to basically any build with ease. Pyromancer is good for dark builds and obviously pyro builds. Warrior is sometimes most optimal for pure strength builds that won't need attunement slots for anything. For lower soul levels, I've heard deprived is best.
At higher levels people are not using Way of the Blue anymore. Therefore covenants which depend on auto-summons are not getting any action. You can camp after Pontiff or at Anor Londo for hours without getting summoned once. If there ever was a way to make 2 covenants nonrelevant after a certain point in the game, this is it.

Vigor. Type. Attribute. Effect. " Attribute governing: HP. Also governs resistance to Frost". Vigor is a stat in Dark Souls 3 that determines the amount of health or hitpoints that your character has. It is an important attribute to level up (specially for PvP).
