Make sure it’s a genuine Ford/Motorcraft one, not a cheap aftermarket one. This will eliminate all vibrations and make the engine feel a lot more smooth, and should last 60,000-80,000 miles. Another great bang-for-buck mod is a Steeda short throw shifter. $120, plus I recommend their billet weighted shift knob for $20 extra.

one of the cheapest , insurance friendly , visually effective mods is changing the standard interior / exterior filament bulbs to leds - all of them ! front sides , rear stop / tail & numberplate lights all benefit from an upgrade to high power leds ( dont bother with indicators you'll get flash speed problems )
